The Nudinits, from Woolly Bush

Crafts Magazine on it’s Facebook page: ‘Prefer your knitting with a double dose of nudity and double entendres? Then let us introduce you to the residents of Sarah Simi’s Woolly Bush…. You have been warned!

Indeed this one of the funniest and naughtiest stop-motion productions ever: Nudinits, a world of naked villagers, living in a charming English town called Woolly Bush. All of its quaint inhabitants are – seemingly unaware of the fact – stark-naked, save a few props like the odd pearly king hat and combo. The Nudinits are invented and knit by Sarah Simi and animated by Ed Hartwell. The detail of the production is extraordinary: there are tiny beer bubbles in the glass, a little cat poop and even woolled-up bible passages, nothing has been missed.
