Creative Review: the music industry

Another great issue of Creative Review (January ’15), on the music industry this time.

In it two record labels with an epic reputation. Warp Records, with its Sheffield roots and 2Tone, the label that brought us bands as The Selector, The Specials, Madness and The Beat. Very seventies and very nostalgic by now. Creative Review: ‘The label established a high-contrast, black-and-white aesthetic that represented more than theska-meets-punk style of music shared by its stable of artists’.  For the younger generation: just find it on YouTube and read Creative Review.
