Creative Review highlights Myerscough (and many more)
Very nice new issue of Creative Review. Or actually: very nice two issues.
113 pages are dedicated to the Creative Revieuw Annual: the best work in graphic design, web design, advertising design, illustration and typography. Delicious work, too much to show now, but we will make a selection later.
The other 118 pages are dedicated to new work, new talents, new trends. The cover is for graphic designer Morag Myerscough (not an alias). Her work is both typographical and cartoony and her projects are growing bigger and bigger, invading both streets and tweets. The Movement Cafe in Greenwich, the Vinyl Lounge in Hayes and her giant beach ball in London are some of the highlights that are shown. Judging on her productions, you would expect Myerscough to be a design factory, but that is not the case. She is just managing all herself, only with the help of two assistents.
